About The Wales Sportive

Saturday morning is an early start for the second event of the weekend. Athletes meet at the Saltern's car park in Tenby to compete in The Wales Sportive. There will be a staggered start for cyclists, with the longest distance riders going first and the shortest distance last. The longest course totals 112 miles, with the middle distance of 66 miles and the short distance being 45 miles.

Please note - photographic identification will be required at registration. Athletes without this may not be registered by the start time of the event.

The course is a 45 mile, 66 mile or 112 mile sportive, depending on entry level.

Event Format
The Wales Sportive can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of completing the distances. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category.

Officials are assigned along the majority of the route to ensure safety for cyclists through the traffic and also manning feed and water stations.
